What it Does

When exploring our Constitution it is prudent to start with our Declaration Of Independence. It is important to understand the intent of our founding fathers and why the Constitution was scribed in the manner it was. It provides the fundamental guidelines for our Democracy. Once you read the Declaration of Independence the unalienable logic behind the Constitution becomes self- evident.

We The PeopleĀ of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for a common Defense, promote the general Welfare, secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

We The People are the citizens of this country and our Constitution is the framework of our Democracy. It is under attack and will collapse as the framing weakens unless We The People do something about it.

Why is it Important

Government of the People by the People for the people shall not perish from the earth.

Spoken by Abraham Lincoln at his speech on the Union at Gettysburg Pennsylvania November 19, 1864. No truer words can be said about our Constitution and Bill Of Rights now. When the framework of our government and laws for its citizens guaranteed therein are broken, circumvented and ignored, we loose a functioning Democracy. Wake up America, we are there. Our Government has become a platform to personal prosperity and power for those who Legislate, Litigate and Govern. We The People is absent, and, it has become a Government of the Government, by the Government, for the Government.
